If after booking your room reservation on makenaresortmaui.com, you find a lower rate offered online, or in print, by another bona fide travel partner for the exact same dates and room type booked, Makena Beach & Golf Resort will honor that rate PLUS provide a $50 resort credit to use during your stay with us.

The lower rate must be available to be booked by any individual regardless of membership in any organization or affiliation.  Excluded for Makena’s best rate guarantee are reservation sources where the hotel name is not revealed to the consumer until after the booking is secured, package reservations, or group reservations.  Also excluded from our best rate guarantee are typographical errors made by travel providers.

To obtain satisfaction on Makena Beach & Golf Resort’s best rate guarantee, the guest must print out particulars of where the lower rate was offered including the location where the offer was displayed: on the internet that is the exact name of the website, while in print it is that name and publication date of issue, and for broadcast media, the station that aired the offer along with the time and date it aired.
