Early every morning the chefs load out 2900 pound Mugnaini oven with our local Makena wood which is called "kiawe" or Hawaiian Mesquite bringing it up to a temperature just below 750 degrees. Wood fire ovens allow you to cook the way it's been done for generations. Imagine the flavors from the hardwood used to heat your oven baked right into your favorite recipe.
