Makena Beach & Golf Resort made the 2010 Travel & Leisure’s World’s Best Awards as the top 15 Resorts to visit and the 2011 list of World’s 500 Best Hotels!

Makena Beach & Golf Resort is restoring the promise of renewed Hawaiian hospitality with a multi-phased multi-million dollar revitalization project spanning two years at one of Maui’s most respected resort destinations—Makena, Wailea’s neighboring destination resort.

Resort-wide enhancements include guest rooms and suites, landscape improvements, food service and dining, and transforming the lobby and public areas into welcoming gathering places. The visually stunning, yet challenging Makena Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones has been restored to tournament quality, returning award-winning fairways to excellent shape.
