Hours of Operation
The Makena Tennis Club operates from 7am - 7 pm, with night play until 9pm by reservation.
The Pro Shop is closed daily between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Weekly and seasonal memberships are available; please see us in the Pro Shop for additional details.

World Class Facilities
The Makena Tennis Club offers world-class tennis facilities including six newly resurfaced Plexi-pave courts, Wimbledon nets, fully stocked Pro Shop, tennis lessons and clinics, and a variety of USTA league and community events. Additional amenities available to tennis players are equipment rentals, ball machines, lit courts, racket stringing, and complimentary shuttle service to the tennis courts to and from the Makena Beach & Golf Resort.
Special Events

Director of Makena Tennis Club
Makena’s Tennis Club Director Frank Salvador has over twenty years of experience in resort and tennis club operations, twelve of which were spent with Peter Burwash International (PBI), representing the company in 15 countries around the world. A highly motivational coach, Frank encourages his students with the guarantee that they will have fun, learn something new, and get a great workout. Prior to joining the Makena Tennis Club, Frank held the position as Director of Tennis at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa for ten years.
Featuring a friendly staff of tennis professionals, the Makena Tennis Club staff provides impeccable timing, superior service, and will always be present with cold oshiburi towels when they are needed the most. Come down to this Maui Tennis Club for an exceptional tennis experience.

Scott Disalvo, Tennis Professional (Independent Contractor)
An Independent Contractor to the Makena Tennis club, Scott Disalvo has been teaching tennis on Maui since 1997. With a P1 certification from USPTA, Scott continually attends national teaching seminars to stay on top of every aspect of the game. Scott's passion is to help his students reach their highest potential on and off the courts. He has previously taught at Wailea Tennis Club on Maui and Palm Valley Country Club in Palm Dessert, CA.
