World Class Facilities and Services at Makena Tennis Club

Under enthusiastic leadership of Director of Tennis Frank Salvador, the Makena Tennis Club shines as the Maui’s premier tennis club. After a recent all-around refurbishment from court re-surfacing to the latest in tennis fashion and equipment in the club’s tennis pro shop. Beautiful new landscaping reveals fabulous ocean vistas and golf course views visible from courtside.

All six tennis courts are upgraded and recently resurfaced with high quality Plexipave surfacing, the same professional surfaces used at the Australian and U.S. Open tournaments. Two lit courts make Makena’s Maui Tennis Club the only center for night-time tennis on the south side of Maui.

The remodeled Pro Shop features the latest in clothing, rackets, and accessories, including the entire line of Wilson rackets. The Makena Tennis Club also offers racket customization services which include grips and racquet weight re-stringing, re-gripping, and racquet weight customization as part of our 24-hour guaranteed service program.

Makena Tennis Club’s thoughtfully enhanced programming includes weekly, monthly, and yearly membership opportunities, and daily tennis clinic programs, including Salvador’s Saturday Davis Cup Workout. Complimentary shuttle service is offered to and from our Maui Tennis Club at Makena Beach & Golf Resort.
